Introduction to Our Client Portal

At Tretbar Therapy, we strive to make managing the administrative aspects of your therapy as seamless and secure as possible. To achieve this, we use a HIPAA-compliant platform called SimplePractice, which provides you with a personal and secure Client Portal.
This portal is your go-to online space for a variety of important interactions with our practice.

What Can You Do in the Client Portal?
Your secure Client Portal allows you to conveniently:
- Schedule & Manage Appointments: Request new sessions, view upcoming appointments, and make changes if needed.
- Complete Paperwork: Fill out initial intake forms and other necessary documents electronically before your first session.
- Communicate Securely: Send and receive confidential messages with Kirsten Tretbar, LMFT.
- Access Billing Information: View statements, manage payment methods, and make payments.
- Join Telehealth Sessions: Easily access your scheduled online therapy appointments.
Using the Client Portal ensures that your interactions are efficient and your Protected Health Information (PHI) is always kept private and secure.
Getting Access
When you first schedule with Tretbar Therapy, you will receive an email invitation from [email protected]
. This email contains a unique link to set up your Client Portal account and create a secure password.
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder!
These important invitation emails can sometimes be filtered. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox shortly after scheduling. You'll need to verify your date of birth during setup for security.
Once your account is active, you can always access the portal directly here: https://tretbartherapy.clientsecure.me (We recommend bookmarking this link!)
Dedicated Mobile App
For even greater convenience, SimplePractice offers a dedicated Client Portal mobile app for both iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices. We highly recommend downloading the app to easily manage your therapy-related tasks from anywhere.
With the mobile app, you can typically access all the same features as the web portal, including appointments, secure messaging, documents, and billing, right from your smartphone or tablet.
