EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses rhythmic, bilateral stimulation to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences.
Narrative
Narrative therapy is an approach that helps individuals become the experts of their own lives by focusing on the stories they develop and carry throughout life.
Contextual
Contextual therapy is an interpersonal and systemic approach grounded in forgiveness, ethics, fairness, and morality. It bridges intergenerational healing, reconciliation, and acknowledgment within its practice.
Bowenian
Bowenian family therapy, developed by psychiatrist Murray Bowen, focuses on how patterns and behaviors persist across generations within families, leading to similar conflicts.
EFT
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a short-term treatment designed to improve attachment and bonding in adult relationships. Developed by Sue Johnson and Les Greenberg in the 1980s, EFT is based on research regarding love as an attachment bond.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic treatment that helps individuals identify and change destructive thought patterns that negatively impact behavior and emotions.
Structural Family Therapy

ACT

Experiential Therapy
