Taking the first step to begin therapy is commendable, and we want to make the process of scheduling your initial appointment as smooth as possible. Here’s how you can get started:
Option 1: Request an Appointment via Our Client Portal
This is often the quickest way to see available times and request your initial consultation.

Scheduling with Kirsten Tretbar, LMFT:
All appointments will be directly with, Kirsten Tretbar, LMFT. These calls can be via phone or online as a Telehealth call.

View Available Times and Select Your Preferred Slot:
The portal will display available dates and times. Choose one that works for you.

Provide Your Information:
You'll be asked to provide some basic contact information to complete the request.

Confirmation:
Once your request is submitted, our office will review it and confirm your appointment, usually via email or a notification through the portal. You may also receive intake paperwork to complete online prior to your session.

We will return your call as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hours, to discuss your needs and find a suitable appointment time.
